Indications for use

DropSthetic is indicated for use in adults aged 18 years and older for topical ocular anesthesia during short-term diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that require rapid and transient anesthesia, including:

• Cataract extraction

• Removal of corneal or conjunctival sutures

• Tonometry

• Gonioscopy

• Removal of foreign bodies from the cornea

• Conjunctival scraping for diagnostic purposes
