Application area

• Immediate type allergic reactions (including urticaria, angioedema, anaphylactic shock) developing during the use of drugs, sera, blood transfusion, consumption of food products, insect bites or introduction of other allergens; effort-induced asthma;

• Bronchial asthma (asthmatic status management), bronchial spasm during anesthesia;

• Asystole (including against the background of acutely developing type III atrioventricular block);

• Bleeding from superficial vessels of the skin and mucous membranes (including gums);

• Arterial hypotension not responding to adequate volumes of replacement fluids (including shock, bacteremia, open heart surgery, renal failure);

• The need to prolong the action of local anesthetics;

• Instances of complete atrioventricular block (with the development of syncope (Morgagni-Adams-Stokes syndrome));

• Arrest of bleeding (as a vasoconstrictor).
