Solopharm Launches a New Manufacturing Site for Dietary Supplements

Solopharm has announced the start of production of dietary supplements in the form of sticks. Dietary supplements, or nutrients, are intended to improve the diet. Taking into account consumers’ preferences, the domestic manufacturer offers a unique presentation of the products: sticks.

A stick pack is a single individual helping of essential vitamins and minerals for adults and children. The dosing accuracy coupled with the liquid form increases the bioavailability and ease of use. This is important for consumers who find it difficult to swallow capsules or tablets. A flexible stick pack is leak-proof and maintains the stability of product’s properties. The high quality of the container and its small size make it possible to carry sticks anywhere and take the supplements on schedule.

The combination of nutrients is well balanced in a way that ensures the synergistic effect and improves the product’s efficacy.

For example, Lakart offers a triple-component formulation of calcium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K1, intended to maintain the bone turnover.
The essential mineral, iron, can be found in a Taprit stick, enriched with Vitamins B and C.
Liposomal forms of vitamins will also be available in stick packs. The formulation of Rimink will prevent Vitamin D loss, while the formulation of Triexin will provide liposomal Vitamin C.

All ingredients of dietary supplements used in the manufacture undergo the mandatory incoming quality control (physicochemical tests and microbiological quality tests).

The safety of packaging materials is ensured by requirements established for:

  • Sanitary and hygienic tests for the materials that come into contact with dietary supplements
  • Leak tightness
  • Chemical stability
  • Safe opening
  • Physical and mechanical tests

All packaging and printed packaging materials undergo the mandatory incoming quality control to make sure that the established requirements have been met.

Solopharm has received 17 marketing authorizations for its products.

The demand for dietary supplements and the public’s interest in healthy lifestyle opens new prospects of development for Solopharm. Tools used by the company are the modern development and production technologies (GOST R ISO 22000-2019 Compliance Certificate), high quality standards and reasonable prices.
