After summer holidays, our children go to school. Changing the usual routine and starting an active academic load bring a lot of stress, which affects negatively on the child’s immunity. ARVI and its consequences (for example, cough) in the first weeks of September are quite common for schoolchildren. In addition, the visual workload increases sharply: constant focus on lessons, doing homework and interacting with gadgets in free time lead to eye strain and an inevitable decrease in vision.
On August 30, during a live broadcast our experts discussed topical issues before the start of the new academic year:
-
Overcoming fear: how to cope with a situation when a child is sick;
-
How to reduce the duration of a cough quickly and effectively;
-
How to support a child’s organism during school;
-
Visual protection for children: load and stress factors for the eyes;
-
Limits on «communication» with gadgets for children from different age groups.
