On June 14, the regional Kudo competition «The Bronze Horseman» was held in St. Petersburg, bringing together athletes from different regions of Russia for the third year in a row. In 2026, the tournament set a new record with 180 participants.
Competitors from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kaliningrad, as well as the Pskov, Leningrad, Moscow, Yaroslavl, Kaluga, and Saratov regions stepped onto the tatami. The tournament served as a platform to showcase athletic skill, strength of character, and respect for the traditions of one of the most dynamically developing martial arts.
Solopharm acted as a patron of the competition, supporting the event and promoting youth and amateur sports in the region.
One of the most significant moments of the event was the ceremonial awarding of black belts (1st dan) to two athletes from the Pskov Region Kudo Federation. Receiving a dan is an important milestone in an athlete's career and reflects a high level of training and dedication.
Following the tournament, the Kudo Federation of Russia in St. Petersburg expressed its gratitude to Solopharm for its contribution to the development of sports.
