Solopharm and the dietary supplement brand Elentra Nutrition® are supporting one of the country's most extensive and recognized running events — the Golden Ring Ultra-Trail® 100 (GRUT), Russia's annual largest trail running festival, which takes place in Suzdal from July 24 to 26, 2026.
Over the years, GRUT has grown to become much more than a sporting event. Today, it is a gathering place for thousands of people united by a love of movement, nature, self-improvement, and genuine adventure. In 2026, the festival will bring together approximately 9 000 participants, including over 1 200 children, with routes running through unique natural landscapes and past more than 300 historical and architectural monuments of ancient Rus.
Athletes from not only various regions of Russia but also from Armenia, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Morocco, the UAE, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Estonia will take to the starting line. Such geographical diversity makes the festival a platform that brings together people of different cultures, ages, and athletic experience around shared values.
Suzdal was chosen as the venue for good reason. One of Russia's oldest cities, a museum-city awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour, it creates a unique atmosphere for participants where history, culture, and sport become part of one grand journey.

For the youngest athletes, there are children's races of 1 and 3 kilometers.

For some, it is a battle with their own anxieties; for others, a long-awaited meeting with friends and like-minded people; and for still others, an opportunity to disconnect from daily routine for a few hours and experience the true freedom of movement.
