The book from the Connie: My Best Friend series helps children feel more comfortable about visiting a doctor and introduces them to medical check-ups in a simple and reassuring way.
Liane Schneider’s “Connie Goes to the Doctor”, published by Alpina, has been released with the support of Solopharm. The book includes a special section dedicated to children’s eye care, as well as product illustrations.
For a child, a visit to the doctor can be challenging: an unfamiliar environment, medical instruments and examinations may cause anxiety or fear. Connie Goes to the Doctor helps parents explain in advance what will happen during the visit and make the unfamiliar more understandable.
