Application area

Adhevisc® viscoelastic ophthalmic solution is indicated for operations on the anterior eye segment, including cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Adgevisk® maintains the anterior chamber depth and improves visualization throughout the operation, protecting cornea endothelium and other intraocular tissues. Adgevisk® helps maintaining normal position of the vitreous body, thus preventing postoperative collapse of the anterior chamber.
